A friend was over for lunch today and he asked me what was going on in Twitterland. I said I don’t know, let’s tweet something. Then he said:
Twitter me this, Twitter me that, Twitter me an interesting fact.
I thought, OK, that’s fantastic, so we tweeted it out. Below are the facts that we received.
YanceyG Twitter me this, Twitter that, Twitter me an interesting fact. buttaflygem English King Henry VIII marries Catharine Howard, his 5th wife on this day! @YanceyG how about that fact? MadisonCrftNook @YanceyG Here you go>>>http://www.interestingfacts.org/ buttaflygem And Darryl Strawberry hit his 300th home run on this date! @YanceyG those are my two facts of the date. ;D YanceyG Thanks for the Facts Guys! So, the same friend, the same lunch, I asked if he wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or a jelly ad peanut butter sandwich.
This became a tweet adventure in itself.
YanceyG Can you have “jelly w/ peanut butter” or do you have to say it “peanut butter w/ jelly?” LauraCarter @YanceyG Has to be “peanut butter and jelly… YanceyG .@LauraCarter I offered a friend lunch today w/ the choice pb&J or j&pb. He chose the pb&j.![]()
BrianRiolo @YanceyG I think peanut butter & Jelly flows better than jelly w/peanut butter. YanceyG .@BrianRiolo I wonder why? Is it now part of our collective unconscious? chuckazooloo @YanceyG I think it has to be Peanut Butter AND Jelly! BrianRiolo @YanceyG could be; peanut butter is a bit more of a “mouthful” to end a phrase, jelly is easier to transition w/ends w/more rhythm
